Our Return Policy

All magazine subscriptions, whether for physical or digital copies, are non-refundable. Once you subscribe to our monthly or yearly plans, the payment is final, and no refunds will be issued. This applies to both one-time purchases and recurring subscriptions.

For any serious issues, please contact us via the email provided on our contact page. Once your refund is approved, it will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Physical Magazine Delivery

For subscribers who opt for physical magazine copies:

  • We ensure that your magazine is carefully packaged and dispatched to the address provided during the subscription process.
  • In the rare case that your magazine arrives damaged, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the magazine to request a return. Please provide photographic proof of the damage to help us process your request quickly.
  • We ship our products in 2-3 days

e-Magazine Access

Subscribers to our e-magazines will receive access immediately after the purchase is complete. Since digital content cannot be returned, these purchases are non-refundable.

Subscription Cancellations

  • Monthly Subscriptions: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be given for the current month.
  • Yearly Subscriptions: You can cancel your yearly subscription, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the subscription term, and no partial refunds will be provided.
